【For School Administrators】How to Register LoiLo ID

Teachers need their own accounts to use LoiLoNote in the classroom.

Note Account registration can only be done through the Admin Console.

How to Register LoiLo ID for Teachers

Batch register using 'Excel'

1 Click the "Teacher" icon

2 Click " + New Teacher"

3 Click "Add Users via LoiLo ID"

4 After entering the information, click "Create"

5 Distribute the account information, such as School ID, User ID, and passwords to the teachers

3 Click "Add via LoiLo ID"

4 Download and fill out the Excel file

5 Click "Choose File" to upload the Excel file

6 Click "Start Import"

7 Click "Print Now"

8 Click "Complete"

9 Distribute the account information, such as School ID, User ID, and passwords to the teachers

Note

The system will automatically generate a strong password

The password will only be displayed once, and if forgotten, it must be reissued

4 After entering the information, click "Create"

5 Distribute the account information, such as School ID, User ID and passwords to the students

If 'Grade' is not entered, students without a specified grade will be uniformly assigned a graduation year (this is not recommended).

Sorting settings will be reflected in the order of submissions in the submission box. We recommend that teachers set the order for students based on their seat number or student ID.

5 Click "Choose File" to upload the Excel file

6 Click "Start Import"

7 Enter "Start and End Dates for Classes" and "Graduation Date for Students"; these can be manually adjusted later.

8 Click "Print Now"

9 Click "Complete"

10 Distribute the created account information, such as School ID, User ID and passwords to the students
